Junior Claims Specialist (English speaking)

We are looking for a fulltime Junior Claims Specialist (English speaking) for our process team at our Amsterdam office, starting on 01-01-2018. Interviews for this opening will be taking place in December.

We are a fast-growing, international start-up that is conquering Europe. We are working to conquer the rest of the world, from our headquarters in Amsterdam. We’re going strong and we have recently opened offices in Frankfurt and Paris. Green Claim aims to assist all passengers that have experienced a disrupted flight and we have assisted hundreds of thousands passengers in Europe already. One of our goals is to help passengers from as many countries possible. In order to do this,  we’re always expanding to new countries. Our international team consists of curious and ambitious minds, full of wanderlust!

What do we do?
Did you know that when your flight is delayed, cancelled or overbooked, you’re entitled to compensation? No? Then you’re one of many who aren’t sufficiently aware of their rights as a flight passenger. We communicate with airlines from all over the world on a daily basis to ensure that passengers get the compensation they’re entitled to. By doing this we try to change a negative travel experience into a positive one. 

What are we looking for?
Our team consists of a group of smart, driven and young people who make helping passengers their priority and have a hint of fighting spirit in them (standing up against big airlines is not always a piece of cake!). We’re looking for ambitious individuals who would like to join the UK Claim Specialists team. Aside from a fighting spirit, it’s also important that you enjoy being a bit of a detective in finding the best solution to any problem, that you are able to work in an efficient and orderly manner and that you add a personal touch to our services. We will train you to become the ultimate Claims Specialist!


  • Answering complicated customer questions via e-mail and phone;
  • Dossier management and composing documents;
  • Analysing flights, flight schedules and cases.


  • You have an analytical mind;
  • Minimum Higher Education/University education level;
  • You have strong communicative and social skills;
  • Excellent English skills;
  • Administrative tasks don’t scare you off;
  • You’re a true detective, who’s able to come up with innovative solutions.
